ACE - Automated Cells is proud to promote FANUC Robotics recent introduction of the M3iA parallel-link robot. This NEW robot provides another “Tool” available to our customers for solving their high speed material handling needs. The M3iA is a 6Kg payload high speed picking and assembly robot available in 4 or 6 axis versions. This robot offers an option for a patent pending 3-axis parallel-link wrist allowing for greater flexibility in a variety of applications. It also has the largest working envelope in its class, 1350mm x 500mm.
Some additional features of this robot are:

Hollow wrist for a clean and simple routing of hoses and cables.

Up to 4000 degrees per second high speed motion.

IP67 rating for the entire robot which promotes durability in harsh environments.

Built-in iRVision capability requiring only a camera, cable and programming.

Food grade version available with “foam and rinse” capabilities for proper sanitation.
The FANUC M3iA is ideal for high speed pick and place operations as well as complex assembly motions with its 3-axis wrist option.
