New Compact Ejectors SCPi/SMPi from Schmalz

Pneumatic vacuum generators for innovative process communication. 

Vacuum specialist Schmalz extends the product line of vacuum generators by compact ejectors SCPi and SMPi:

  • Display for adjustment and indication: The compact ejectors SCPi and SMPi are clear and easily to operate.Powerful blow-off - the compressed air is directed loss-free to the vacuum plug. No air vanishes through the silencer and best energy efficiency is guaranteed.
  • Pulse model available - in case of pressure loss, the last state set is saved. This preserves from an unintentional energy loss and provides for highest process security.
  • Improved performance - the built-in valves provide for highest suction output at low vacuum.

The models SCPi and SMPi are the first vacuum generators world-wide that may be integrated in existing Bus-Systems in a very short time by using IO-Link. The settings of the paramters may be made by an external controller, process data may be taken over automatically with the compatible peripheral equipment.
