RoboVent FloorSaver system for Robotic Welding

The RoboVent® FloorSaver Robotic Welding Air Filtration System is a compact, self-contained system that cleans and recycles smoke-contaminated air generated in robotic welding cells. All equipment components including the pulse cleaning functions are controlled by the RoboVent ePad, a programmable touch-screen controller, which is mounted on the cell guarding for easy operator access. The RoboVent FloorSaver returns clean air to the plant, helping to maintain a healthy work environment.

By dedicating one filtration unit to each weld cell, the RoboVent FloorSaver distributes the job of cleaning the air. This eliminates the possibility of total system failure, and greatly reduces production delays and downtime during routine maintenance. The systems are installed on top of the weld cell, supported by a heavy-duty stand. Costly floor space is saved, allowing 20% - 40% more room for production equipment.
