RoboVent Presents SparkOut System

CLAWSON, MI – RoboVent, the leader in welding air filtration, headquartered in Clawson, Michigan, has become known for stopping fires from occurring in robotic welding applications.
 
In 1994, RoboVent installed their first robotic welding air filtration system, and could immediately see that fires in air filtration systems were a large problem.
 
RoboVent has developed a spark arrestance system called the SparkOut, which slows the air down through a series of baffle filters, forcing the spark to drop out. This is done at the weld source, so a spark is not allowed to enter the duct. If properly maintained, this system virtually eliminates the risk of fire.
