RoboVent Presents Standard Weld Cell Filtration

RoboVent, the leader in welding air filtration, headquartered in Clawson, Michigan, has been working very closely over the last few years with a few of the larger integrators to standardize on air filtration systems for specific welding cells.
 
With some of the robotic integrators, this has been streamlined to the point that their engineers and sales staff have developed programs that match a RoboVent system with each of their standard cells.
 
Some have also put together computer programs to help customize an air filtration system based on the criteria of the custom robotic system they are designing. For example, they can enter quantity of welders per cell, size of cell, production time, etc and the system will tell them what air filtration they need.
 
The RoboVent system comes in 2 designs, the FloorSaver, and the FlexMount. The FloorSaver mounts on top of the robot cell, and is a patented design. The FlexMount may be mounted anywhere, and can also be used to duct to multiple robot cells.
