Stäubli to Exhibit at Pack Expo 2012
Stäubli Robotics Posted 10/25/2012
Live Demonstrations and Innovative Solutions for the Packaging Industry
The demonstrations will also include Stäubli’s TX60HE, a 6-axis robot designed for humid environments, which will pick chocolate candies and place them into boxes. Vision-guided conveyor tracking allows the robot to “see” the products with absolute precision, which optimizes throughput while minimizing manual intervention in industrial environments.
In addition to the demonstrations at Booth N-4760, Stäubli’s state-of-the-art robots will be shown at the booths of two of Stäubli’s partners. Kleenline, which provides integrated sanitary production solutions, will demonstrate the TP80 robot’s performance with pharmaceutical applications at Booth N-3451.
In Booth N-4773, automation specialists from KEBA AG will showcase Stäubli’s compact 6-axis TX40 robot, highlighting the uniVal Drive software used to control the robot. A unique plug-and-play solution, uniVal Drive provides a simple tool for driving all Stäubli robots with standard, generic industrial motion controllers.
