The new hand-held, air-cooled, OMEGA MIG guns from ABICOR Binzel in 350 and 450 amperes provide ptimal current transfer through a tight tolerance interface, direct crimped torch body, and neck locking screw.
They are equipped with rigid, one-piece, full 360 degree positionable armored swannecks, and covered with heat resistant rubber which reduced torch damage and provides operator comfort.
The OMEGA guns, that are easily reconfigured in the field, are assembled with a new direct crimped style power cable that provides gas delivery and cooling. Also, their coarse threaded tip holders reduce the chance of cross-threading.
