Manufactured from copper chrome zirconium, ABICOR Binzel's new Silver Contact Tips are produced from a patented high-speed, precision deep drilling process. These superior quality tips offer tighter diameter tolerances and a unique smooth bore surface that extends the-contact tip life up to five times. The silver-plating process-both inside and out can double the life of the contact tip through better heat and current transfer. The galvanized coating process results in less spatter adhering to the tip, providing a cleaner weld with less downtime.
