The ACE Model ARP robotic palletizer uses a FANUC robot as the core technology to automatically palletize a variety of products. Products handled can range from consumer products to secondary food to automotive components. The cell shown is palletizing plastic pails onto Euro pallets and cased product onto standard GMA pallets and includes two input conveyors for product and two output conveyors for palletized product. Tier sheets are placed in between layers of product during the palletizing cycle. The robot handles all product, pallets and tier sheets making this a very cost effective as well as efficient palletizing cell. The magazines for tier sheets and pallets are fork truck loaded.
Available options include: 1in/1out, 2in/2out or a variety of input and output configurations, pallet dispensing, tier sheet handling, additional product or pallet conveyors and multiple end of arm tooling configurations.
