The Model 220 Sizing Press Loader provides a versatile, flexible robotic solution for loading and unloading parts from a sizing press. The standard model is configured for dial loaded presses. High throughput is achieved by loading an unsized part while a sized part is unloading, so no motion is wasted. A bulk loading table is used allow greater unattended time.
Available options include: workstocker in lieu of bulk table for part buffering, part exit conveyor, quick change tooling and a larger robot for greater part size and weight.
