NEW FX-MicroG feeder by Flexomation, provides advanced feeding for a range of Micro sized part types. Utilizing a precision glass feed surface, micro sized parts can be fed forward, backward and reoriented, with the use of a flipping action, without the use of any tooling. This new design allows for the standard downward mount camera plus allows for the ability to use a bottom mounted upward pointing camera. Utilizing the new capability of an upward mounted camera, a system can process parts without any concern for the robot blocking the camera FOV, which allows for uninterrupted vision processing.

With universal digital I/O interface this feeder is versatile and yet simple to implement with any robot.
