KMT’s revolutionary RoboTrim DRT-502 and DRT-802 robotic router trimming solutions utilize two rotating tables mounted to a two position indexing wall. When positioned inside the trimming area, each rotating table moves in coordination with the robot as it trims parts up to 5’ x 5’ x 5’ in the DRT-502 configuration and parts up to 8’ x 8’ x 3’ in the DRT-802 configuration.
The system’s trimming flexibility makes makes it ideal for processing a variety of different parts and product lines. The system also improves part quality, throughput and operator safety while reducing labor and training expenses.
