The K-Series line of painting robots combines high operational performance with powerful programming flexibility. With seven explosion-proof models available, Kawasaki has a robot that will suit any robotic painting application, from a one robot paint cell to complete multi-robot integrated finishing systems.
The KF264 model is the ΓΈ70 hollow wrist version of the KF262 Robot and comes with a 3R (Roll Roll Roll) wrist type. Hollow wrist arms can be fitted with internal hoses to minimize overspray that adheres to the piping, reducing the risk of contaminants in the paint finish. It is ideal for large sized painting and dispensing applications. With its Class 1, Div. 1, Group IIB & T4 certification, the KF264 Robot is suited for hazardous environments such as spray painting and boasts industry leading reliability.
