Pre-engineered Systems from Lincoln Electric like the System 30 can dramatically enhance standard part production by improving productivity, quality and safety. The System 30 welding robot cell is a two-fixed table workstation designed for medium sized parts that can be welded without reorientation – providing more work area than the System 10. The layout of the cell is 36 x 42" (914mm x 1067 mm) which is optimized to maximize the work envelope of the robot, while minimizing the floor space requirements and cost.
Main Focus: • Targeted for medium sized parts • Parts that do not require positioning • 2 zone work area system on a fixed horizontal surface
