Pre-engineered Systems from Lincoln Electric like the System 5 can dramatically enhance standard part production by improving productivity, quality and safety. The System 5 welding robot cell is a single zone, horizontal table workstation designed for small to medium parts that can be welded without reorientation. The layout of the cell is 24"x70" (610 mm x 11778 mm) which is optimized to maximize the work envelope of the robot, while minimizing the floor space requirements and cost.
Main Focus: • Targeted for small to medium sized parts • Parts that do not require repositioning • Single zone system on a fixed horizontal surface
