LoadWorld® cells provide flexible solutions for automating machine tool tending. Pre-engineered LoadWorld modules include a Motoman® robot, plus many options for standard two- and three-jaw dual grippers, conveyors, part positioners, pallet floor locators, part cleaners and markers. Modules are equipped with plug-and-play electrical connections for easy integration.
LoadWorld comes standard with the DX100 programming pendant interface panel software. Motoman Robotics has standard electrical interfaces available for Haas, Mazak, Daewoo/Doosan, and Okuma machine tools. Configuring a modular LoadWorld solution is easy. The benefits of robotic machine loading and unloading include increased spindle utilization, which results in higher productivity, as well as increased flexibility, improved safety, lower cost, and reduced risk.
LoadWorld can be configured with a wide variety of Motoman robots, including MH-Series “Master Handling” models and the unique SIA20 robot that features a 20 kg payload and a revolutionary 7-axis actuator-driven design.
