With interfacing of individual work sequences consecutively and their integration into the total production process there is the potential for considerable efficiency and cost reduction.
The main application field of these robot installations is the interfacing of operation sequences between removing material machines and further processing plants like e.g. automatic loading and unloading, turning and transfer. Due to the modular design of the various robot series, integrated solutions of linear and gantries as well as articulated-arm robots can be made. The system is completed with pneumatic or hydraulic grippers, turning units and safety equipment.
