Schneider's new high level robotic palletizer is designed for heavy bag and case products weighing up to 50 pounds. This system is ideal for palletizing heavier products that require taller unit loads, such as pet food products, flour and grains, wood pellets, heavy industrial cases. The HL palletizes at rates up to 45 products per minute depending on the combination of product weight and size. Using an integrated FANUC M710 or M20 robotic arm for highly efficient and reliable palletizing, the HL robotic palletizer is capable of palletizing in almost any pattern such as interlocked, brick, spiral, column or other. The HL builds highly stable unit loads, easing transport.
