The TXPaint250 robot range makes the difference, thanks to a better process control (PAINTIXEN Advanced Control Software allows the control of any paint parameter), an increase in paint and solvents savings (+30% transfer rate), a high quality trajectory, high flexibility, allows the management of parts of complex/ multiple sizes, as well as an increase in throughput.

Application of primers, undercoats or varnishes. Adapted to solvants, water or powder paints. Certifications - Pending for: USA (FM-CSA), Europe (CE) and Japan (TIIS) PaintiXen painting software - This software provides simplified robot use and programming of conventional water-based and powder painting applications or electrostatic applications. Simulation - Simulation makes it possible to define robot model, its position, cycle time and possible collisions. Cover protection - A cover can be installed on the robot forearm for additional protection.
