Resistance Welding and Equipment Training
Dengensha America Corp.Posted 01/21/2011
We want our customer's equipment to always run at peak performance – whether it's a newly purchased welder or a 10 year old nut feeder. That is why Dengensha offers flexible training seminars that cover proper machine operation and preventative maintenance techniques to enhance and prolong machine life.
Training seminars can be done at your facility or at our headquarters in Bedford, Ohio, where we have a weld lab to test equipment. A typical session includes a combination of classroom style lectures and hands-on instruction, and is tailored to meet your specific needs and interests. We can cover everything from the basics of resistance welding to the specifics of operating the linear encoder on our NDZ stationary spot welder. We know those interested will not always have the same level of resistance welding knowledge and that is why anything covered in the training relates directly to feedback we receive prior.
A great example of our training services - the trip our engineering team took in January 2012 to a customer's facility in the southern United States. We sent down 3 engineers to provide seven employees with hands-on training and classroom lectures over the basics of resistance welding and the operation and maintenance of Dengensha's NDZ welder and automatic feeders. With help from one of our regional sales representatives, the training went great and everyone was able to step away from the experience a little more knowledgeable.
Since then, Dengensha has conducted three additional training seminars and has even more planned in the upcoming months.
