Rimrock's robotic ladling systems are designed to achieve consistent metal temperature and metal quality. The conventional robotic ladle is fully programmable and designed to work with a wide range of die cast machines. Rimrock's bottom pour ladle minimizes casting oxides by filling aluminum under the bath surface and pouring from the bottom of the ladle. Rimrock also offers a line of non-robotic automated ladles.
