Safety Risk Assessment from Wolf Robotics provides a method to evaluate the safety level of new or existing robotic systems. This report aids in evaluating the severity of injury a robotic system may cause, the probability of injury happening, & the appropriate level of safeguarding to assist in reducing the risk to tolerable levels. Wolf’s Risk Assessments follow the R15.06 & B11-TR3 guidelines to provide a detailed report potentially containing:

• task/hazard analysis
• level of risk
• selection of appropriate safeguards
• analysis of circuit reliability performance
