Spare parts procurement website's user friendly features improve ordering experience.
Intelligrated®, a leading North American-based automated material handling solutions provider, announces the launch of its redesigned OnTimeParts.com spare parts procurement website. The new site offers new, user-friendly features, a refreshed design and improved back-end integration to connect customers with an inventory of more than 75,000 original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and commodity parts.
OnTimeParts.com now provides easier access to the right part through an improved search function with intuitive categories and recommended parts by equipment lists. Customers can also access complete order histories, including past web, phone and fax orders to help guide future selections. Users can save and share multiple carts within their organization and create a shopping list of frequently-purchased items to streamline the ordering process and ensure they receive the correct parts. An updated quick-order form enables users to upload orders from a spreadsheet and provides a system safeguard to automatically alert users of invalid part numbers that could result in incomplete orders.
Powerful back-end integration provides in-depth views into part availability. The new site also saves customer’s billing and shipping information for easy check out and enables customers to select their carrier of choice or arrange to pickup orders themselves.
