SAS Automation Introduces Machine-mounted Heated Cutter

SAS Automation, a leading robotic End-of-Arm Tooling (EOAT) manufacturer and supplier recently introduced a new Machine-mounted Heated Nipper.
Standard nipper configuration – with machine mounting holes
Interchangeable blades – with heating coils
Variable temperature control with digital readout for fine tune adjustment
Automatic thermostat for consistency
Heated nippers are ideal for cutting difficult, brittle material, such as polycarbonate or glass filled nylon.
This machine mounted version will allow for better process control for consistency and throughput in many applications.
