The International Robot Safety Conference (IRSC) gives you access to engineers, system integrators, manufacturing technicians, safety professionals, and decision-makers from a wide variety of industries who work with robotic systems, automation, and industrial safety.

As an exhibitor, you’ll have a powerful platform for meeting new customers, introducing your products, and promoting your brand.

The exhibitor expo will be live during the virtual event October 6-8, 2020.

Exhibitors Can:

  • Display a full company profile with contact details, description, live web link, logo, etc.
  • Embed videos within your profile
  • Host live video-based discussions, demos, and presentations so you can interact directly with attendees during exhibit hours
  • Host live text-based chat with attendees throughout the event
  • Establish private one-on-one video-based meetings with potential customers
  • Set up live polls to engage attendees
  • Display documents that attendees can download
  • Receive direct requests for information from attendees
  • Promote your company’s conference sessions within your profile to encourage attendance

Exhibitors Will Be:

  • Included in promotion of the Exhibitor Showcase via web, email, social channels
  • Included in specific exhibition promotion emails to pre-registered attendees
  • Able to download leads from the event (attendees who would like more information from you)
  • Able to see live stats for visitors to your profile during the event
  • Allowed two free conference passes ( a $250 member/$390 non-member value) for their staff to attend the sessions during the event.

Cancellation Policy:
Exhibitor companies may cancel their participation until Monday, August 31, 2020 without charge. After that date, a $250 cancellation fee applies. No refunds will be given for exhibit cancellations received after Friday, September 18, 2020.
