Michigan Technological University alum with more than 30 years’ experience in the automation industry; over 23 years with FANUC. Responsible for successful execution and new business development achieved by the FANUC America Systems group with special emphasis on the implementation of Robotic Automation and ROBODRILL machines primarily for the automotive Powertrain sector. Applications include part processing (machining, de-burring, etc.), assembly, machine tending, and material handling utilizing Vision, Force Sensing, and Collaborative technologies. Since 2002, has been actively involved with the RIA R15.06 Robot Safety Standard drafting committee. Also represent the US with ISO 10218 & TS15066 Robot Safety Standard activities.
