Engineering professional with Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens PLC programming experience. Ability to develop a controls hardware design plan for automated equipment. Development of machine programming logic which includes writing software, program debug, and on-site customer support.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Support project from kickoff through build, debug, runoff and installation
Hardware design: power distribution, communication, safety, electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic schematics, and panel layout
Write and document software
Write software and debug after power-up
Ability to travel as required (about 25%)

Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
Self-starter that is able to work either in a team environment or independently
Microsoft Office
Minimum Education & Experience
BSEE, BSEET, BSME or equivalent desired
Electrical and pneumatic design for automated systems
Risk assessment processes & current applicable safety standards
Industrial robot programming (Fanuc preferred)
HMI programming
PLC programming (Allen-Bradley or Siemens preferred)
