We are looking for a hardworking, organized Sales Support Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will work well in a team environment, as well as be a self-starter who can work individually to complete tasks.

 

Major Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities/Skills

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Assisting with filing, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable
  • Provide inside sales support and quoting for sales representatives
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Manages the reception area and looks after visitors
  • Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, printing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
  • Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
  • Interacts with directors and carries out their requests
  • Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects

Minimum Education & Experience

Requirements

  • College diploma/University Degree or relevant field is preferred
  • 2+ years experience working in an office setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
  • Work schedule: Monday - Friday 9 am- 5 pm
  • Languages skills would also be a considered a huge asset as we support an international customer base
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Able to complete administrative tasks with minimal supervision
