Yushin America, Inc. has an immediate need for a Full-time National Service Manager. The National Service Manager reports directly the Operations Manager and the position is based at Yushin America’s Headquarters in Cranston, Rhode Island.  The National Service Manager works closely with the Regional Sales Managers of their territory to ensure that the sales process is completed in a smooth and timely manner.  The main responsibility of our national service manager is to plan and direct the service functions for the company including: Installations, Troubleshooting, Repair, Customer Support and Training.  As a manager, you will be responsible for the performance of your service engineers. You will participate in their training; provide them with feedback and guidance, and ensure their safety in the work place. You will service as their primary contact with the Company and will be responsible for ensuring that all policies are adhered to and all paperwork such as service reports and expense reports are completed in a timely manner.  This is a hands-on supervisory role. You will take calls from customers and work directly with them to troubleshoot problems and coordinate installation, repairs, and other services. After you dispatch and schedule your field service engineers to our customers’ locations, you will continue to serve as a liaison for our customers, promoting the communication between your service engineers and the customer to ensure that the job is performed to their satisfaction and a good relationship is established. Direct Responsibility for P/L statement for service group including: Service, Repair, Customer Support and Training.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Travel between regions Required
  • Ability to read wiring schematics, blueprints and understand pneumatics 
  • Possess troubleshooting skills
  • A strong customer focus with the ability to effectively communicate between our customers and our team members
  • Experience in supervising/managing employees a plus
  • Must be able to travel occasionally to customer locations 
  • Oracle and Salesforce experience required

Minimum Education & Experience

Educational Degree Preferred
