The Head of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for building out and executing our recruiting strategy. This role will develop our Talent Acquisition roadmap to ensure we have innovative and effective recruiting processes in place, for both current needs and a future talent pipeline. This position will also lead the recruiting efforts for all of our open positions ensuring we staff all of our open positions in a timely manner.  This position reports to the Head of Human Resources at PaR Systems and works closely with leaders throughout the organization.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire for all open positions
  • Proactively identify and address hiring needs
  • Understand workforce planning and forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans
  • Lead sourcing strategies
  • Oversee and improve overall candidate experience
  • Evaluate and refine selection procedures
  • Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants to proactively addressing future staffing needs
  • Organize recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand and increase company awareness
  • Manage our external partnerships with colleges, local organizations and external partners
  • Identify recruitment tools and software needs
  • Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget
  • Define and measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire

Minimum Skills & Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resource management, or related field
  • 8+ years of talent acquisition or human resource management experience, with preferred experience in technology & manufacturing
  • 3+ years management experience (direct coaching, mentoring, developing, etc.)
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition leader
  • Experience managing employer branding initiatives and full cycle recruiting
  • Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing and evaluation
  • Applied knowledge of internet search tools for sourcing such as utilization of search engines, LinkedIn, etc
  • Thorough understanding in labor regulations (federal and state) and EEO compliance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
